Waterford

    Waterford is a 10,000 acre planned unit development that has a little bit of something for everyone.  It is comprised of four neighborhoods that include town homes, garden homes, and your traditional-style home that can accommodate every family size.  

    This community has an 11-acre lake that is stocked for catch and release fishing, a nature trail that goes around the lake, tennis courts, and a 12,000 square foot pool. You will also find a playground at the clubhouse that is made for children of all ages.
